By understating how our brain works (based on the latest developments in neuroscience) in combination with some careful questioning and guided relaxation (trance), clients can make positive and lasting change.

This gives me the opportunity to understand what you’d like help with, and I’ll briefly explain how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy works. From there, it’s completely up to you whether you’d like to take things further—there’s absolutely no pressure.
If you do wish to continue, the next step is an Initial Consultation.
Initial Consultation
This can take place either face-to-face or online (via Zoom) and usually lasts between 30–45 minutes. I offer this session free of charge so that we can get to know each other, and you can decide if I’m the right therapist for you.
During the session, I’ll ask some straightforward questions to gain a clear understanding of what you’re looking for help with. I’ll also explain how the brain works and how I work too.
Many people find this session incredibly helpful and begin to see light at the end of the tunnel.
Further Sessions
After the Initial Consultation, it’s entirely your choice whether you’d like to book further sessions. Most clients attend between 6–12 sessions (sometimes more), but this varies from person to person.
Please note that fears, phobias, and smoking cessation are treated differently and may require a different number of sessions. Please look under treatments to find out more.
