Spider Phobia

Wow... I have had an absolute terror of spiders for as long as I can remember and visited Iona to see if she could help me to gain some control of my fear. Iona was a great choice of therapist, very welcoming and easy to connect with, she put me at ease and helped me to feel safe and in control throughout the process. I now find myself referring to spiders as "darling" while shooing them outside. Amazing. Thank you so much Iona!
