Anger ManagementSince we developed as humans, anger is simply the primitive way to defend ourselves by helping make us stronger and braver. Back in the times of caveman and cavewoman this meant we could protect ourselves against wild animals and other wild tribesmen.

That feeling of anger still exists even though the world has changed. Sometimes in daily life our brain can think that the person who seems to be driving too slowly or the person who’s just squeezed in front of us in the traffic are the new danger.

Through Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, I have helped clients with anger management. I work with clients and explain why our brain can make our anger flare up. I have enabled clients with anger issues to help ease those feelings so that going forward they can deal with situations in a calm, sensible way.
