Other symptoms include feeling dizzy or lightheaded, increased heartbeat, sweating, shaking, shortness of breath, nausea. You can also  feel like you’re out of control. It can be a very frightening experience.

Sometimes it can be a specific event or set of circumstances that can bring on a panic attack or they can appear to happen for no particular reason.
