How to make a complaint
If you have concerns about how I have used your personal information, you have the right to make a complaint.
You can do this by:

- Or using the contact form on this website (state “Data Protection Complaint”)
Please include:
- Your name
- A description of your concern
- Any relevant dates or details
What happens next
- I will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days
- I will investigate your concern
- I will respond with the outcome without undue delay
- I may contact you for further information if needed
If you are not satisfied
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you have the right to escalate your complaint to:

If you wish to make a general complaint about therapy services or professional practice, this may be handled separately.
