Fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, severe pain, and sleep deprivation

Iona was literally a life saver to me as I was at the end of my tether dealing with fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, severe pain, sleep deprivation and other issues adjusting to my and families situation. She is fantastic in what she has taught me and the way she did it and has given me the tools to navigate going forward in life. This knowledge was put to the test during our sessions due to a heartbreaking run of family events and with Iona’s guidance she helped my whole family better navigate that terrible time.
