Stop Smoking

Iona was fantastically non judgemental in her approach to my smoking habit and she went above and beyond to ensure she explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I no longer have a habit and I am still reaping the rewards of my consultation and the download that Iona gave me afterwards. My only regret? I wish I had sought Iona's support earlier and my lungs and purse would have felt a lot healthier. Cant thank you enough Iona, truly!
